Functionality seriously limited

The app is seriously lacking. 1. Glitches so that I cant enter time worked on some entries 2. Doesnt populate remaining contract hours on a max hour contract 3. No At A Glance feature to show cost or hours remaining on not to exceed contracts 4. Invoice can show date but not time task start/end 5. No option to save preferences in invoice creation info displayed. Must reselect each time. Very disappointed. And supports response is... yeah sorry about that...but no solution/resolution. Ill be finding anew time/billing app that actually performs basic functions.
